Apple custard pie with streusel top

This is a favorite, the sour cream custard with the apples is divine, and the streusel top (just sugar and butter no nuts) complements it perfectly. Have made this several times, for people who normally hate apple pie but adore this recipe.

Dragonslaying in Winterhold

This might have been the first dragon kill in the College courtyard. But now it’s like every third time I go there, a dragon shows up. Good thing someone in Buildings & Grounds keeps clearing out the skeletons, otherwise we wouldn’t be able to get into the Hall of the Elements!
