This was the first appearance of the Daedric Prince for me, with my very first character in the first beta weekend I was invited to:

But I guess the developers didn’t think that ghostly-shiny Molag Bal was shit-scary enough. I can see their point, I guess, though I wasn’t sitting there at the time being all like, “Coldharbour rocked, but wow what a let down with the Molag Bal apparition eh?”
Anyway, for the final beta weekend, ol’ M.B. got a smoky darkness-with-lighning makeover for his cameo:

[Edit 23 March 2014] Yay for random bonus stress test of overflow servers! They fixed whatever bug was afflicting my access to the quest wherein you return to Coldharbour, so this last time I was able to head back to Molag Bal’s realm in Oblivion to rescue Lyris Titanborn. Came across this effigy of the Daedric Prince (which is also, I believe, the collectable statuette I will be receiving with my Imperial Edition of the game :D)
